We have a full time caretaker and cleaner/cook that live on site and are available at all times. The house is at the top of a steep hill as you can tell by the view. The road is paved and drivable by car, motorcycle or scooter all the way to the house. It is also walkable if you are comfortable hiking. It’s a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and fish market and another 5 minutes to the beach in town. Coming back will take a little longer because it is uphill. The driveway is also steep but drivable
